Becoming a Project Management Professional (PMP)
Managing projects on time and within budget has become a skill that is valued within any organization that is interested in increasing its bottom line in these dire times. This course equips participants with the necessary skills to manage projects efficiently using the PMI (Project Management Institute) standards. The course also covers how to use MS project 2013 as a tool to manage projects.
This course using the ITIL framework gives an understanding to IT service management which refers to the entirety of activities – directed by policies, organized and structured in processes and supporting procedures – that are performed by an organization or part of an organization to plan, deliver, operate and control IT services offered to customers.
